XSitePro Tips

Here are two tips that just occurred to me, and one that is one that I've been using a while. I use XSitePro to create many of my sites, most of which are simple mini sites - a sales page or lead capture page, a subscription confirmation page, and maybe one or two others. So I've created a snippet of code in HTML which is the GetResponse.com subscription form code. All I do is change the name of the campaign, and the URL to which people are rejected, and sometimes the text on the button as well. Page Navigation Links For The Warrior Forum

I've just knocked up a page navigation plugin for the Warrior Forum, which adds text links, rather than those bloody drop down menus, for navigating from page to page in the forum. You need to use Firefox and install Greasemonkey, and then (once you've restarted Firefox, I think), use this link to install the Greasemonkey user script. Then just navigate to the forum, and near the bottom, you should see the usual Next, Previous, First, Last links, and links direct to the page numbers for a few either side of the one you're currently on. Some useful desktop automation tools

One of the most frequent applications I use, after Firefox, is the humber Windows Explorer. But can't it be very frustrating? One of the most common actions I do ("create new folder") takes FOR..EV...ER to do, simply because I have to go to right-click, wait for the "New.." submenu to open, whizz up to "New folder", overshoot and do it all over again. Now, thanks a free download from baxbex.com, I have a nice "new folder" button on the menu. And some of their other explorer-based tools are pretty nifty as well. Such as FolderBox which gives you a small frame window at the bottom of the Explorer window, with shortcuts to 5 (10 in the non-free version) of your most-used folders. ...
