Automate Your Project Prioritisation

I've been playing today by creating a little application. In this software, I can enter the names of all my projects - either ideas I've started work on but not launched, or those ideas that I might work on next (ie, fully-fledged ideas that I think are a viable product or service to provide). I then rate each of those products according to a handful of factors, on a totally arbritarily and subjective scale of 0 to 5: Short-term Income - how much income this will produce at launch as compared to over the long-term Long-term Income - how much income this will produce over the long-term as compared to at launch Development Effort - how much effort this will take to get ...

Automate Your Roll-out Plan, Part 2

And so it continues (read this post first if you're not sure what 'it' is). The latest launches: Undercover Profits (fantastic idea, fantastically overpriced). If all goes well, I'll be able to over a comparable product for under $50, one time payment, in just over a month... stay tuned if you're interested. Jason Potash's Content Composer .... didn't even read the sales page, so I'm not sure what it is. Some sort of content writing aid. And I think I missed a couple. Again, March is looking pretty busy for big launches. Make sure you're not competing tith these launches next year.

Automate Your Roll-Out Plan

Well, not so much "automate" it, as "think about it". If you've been around online for more than 6-9 months, you'll remember a MASSIVE rush of internet marketing related products launched back in September or thereabouts. I remember several people commenting on there being a good reason for this, but all I remember is getting hammered by mail after mail promoting the same 6-10 products, most of which were WELL out of my zone of interest and the size of my wallet. And the thing I took from this was my golden rule: Never launch in September... Well, it's possible there's a new rule: Never launch in March... This week so far: The Rich Jerk X-Ray software. James Jones' audio-video package. Adsense Wealth Empire. ...
