General Stay On Focus Questions:
Q. I've got two copies running - what's happening?
A. This might be because I've got a fix to put in place - it is currently possible (up to version 1.2.1) to run two copies of the software at the same time. This will be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime, one quick solution is to make a quick note of the tasks you've got in your working list, exit both copies by right-clicking the system tray icons and picking "Exit", and then re-launch the software via your Start Menu. Then double-check that the tasks are up to date.
