The following questions and answers should give you all the information you need about the AutomateYourBusiness.com affiliate program.

Q. How long do your cookies last?
A. A long time. I'm not sure of the exact duration, as it's set by JV Manager. But it's somewhere around 17 years. A cookie I set on 15th May 2007 expires on 6th July 2024.

Q.Which affiliate gets the payment - the first referrer, or the most recent referrer?
A. The most recent.

Q. How do you pay out commissions?
A. Payment is made via Paypal, with commissions paid at the end of the calendar month after the guarantee period on a product. So if a customer purchases a product on 10th May with a 30 day guarantee, the commission will be paid at the end of June.

Q. What software do you use to manage your affiliate program?
A. JV Manager 2 (also known as Fantasos) by John Delavera. Although the affiliate mailing list (as well as customer and subscriber mailing lists) is maintained seperately by GetResponse.com.

Q. How do I get updates on changes to the affiliate program?
A. Register for the affiliates-only newsletter, and you'll receive updates on new products, new versions of products, new promotional materials, and even trial downloads you can offer.
